Our beautiful Florida villa is situated on a quiet residential circle of houses called Wellington Lakes in South Fort Myers just a short drive away from the beaches and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. |

Our detached lake front home has a west
facing swimming pool (with sun from morning until dusk) under a wide
screened lanai and a double garage. There are 4 bedrooms, (sleeping
8), 3 bathrooms, one of which is a pool bath, lounge & dining room
with high ceilings and a family room. The large fully fitted
kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped and there is a separate
laundry room with washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a remote control ceiling fan and a king bed with a walk-in dressing room and bathroom with `his` and `hers` basins and a large shower and tub. The second double bedroom also has a ceiling fan and walk-in dressing room. There are two further twin bedded rooms. The Master bedroom, the formal Dining room, the Breakfast and Family rooms all have sliding doors out to the covered patio area and the swimming pool, which has sun loungers and patio furniture for dining al fresco. There are two ceiling fans on the patio. In the Family room there is a TV, DVD, VCR and also a selection of games to play and books to read during your stay.
