Lakefront home with Western exposed pool deck. Enjoy the sunsets over the lake in your backyard. Internet DSL available.
Our air-conditioned house overlooks a lake and features three
bedrooms, two bathrooms, private pool, High Speed Internet, WiFi and 3 TVs plus DVD. One TV is a 42" Plasma.
We have a large, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area and family room overlooking the pool area.
There is also a separate lounge and dining area.

The house is light and spacious with vaulted ceilings. It is
fully carpeted and tiled throughout. All rooms are air conditioned
(heating available for winter evenings). There is plenty of seating
for both dining and relaxation.

To the front of our house there is a large driveway with ample
parking for four cars. At the rear there is a pool with large,
screened, deck area and views overlooking the lake.
There are plenty of sun loungers and a lanai with table and chairs.

In the master bedroom with king-size-bed there is an en suite shower and bath. There is
also a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen-
size bed, and bedrooms three has twin beds. All bedrooms
have fitted closets.

All this with a superior location on the Daniels Parkway corridor.
The community offers 55 acres of pristine lakes, Cypress preserves, and open space.
The convenient location provides easy access to Interstate 75 and Southwest Florida International Airport to the east
and the area’s finest beaches, golf, dining and shopping choices to the west.
The community is minutes to medical facilities, Teco arena and the Minnesota Twins stadium.
The home offers free local and national calls and free calls to UK and Canada (landline phones).
The House comes with all lines, bedding & towels - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
