This beautifully decorated condo has fabulous views from all sides. It is a corner unit with windows looking over the bay, and a huge lanai that looks over the canal with a wonderful stream of boats and a distant bay view.

The four other windows look out onto the bay for fabulous sunrises. There is a dining area off the living room, and another large dining area with two large windows off the kitchen for card playing, dining, or just enjoying another cup of coffee while gazing over the water. The Gulf of Mexico can be seen beyond the golf course from the entrance balcony. If you love Fort Myers Beach, you will love this condo.

Family friendly it is. Grandparents usually rent and invite their children and grandchildren. This unit is privately situated on the end of the building. The building itself is set back from the entrance road, so the sounds of the birds flying through the palm trees can be enjoyed. There is a short walk to the private beach entrance that takes you to the beautiful beach area and naturalist area. Another short and enjoyable walk will take you to activities at the Holiday Inn for sunset cocktails, great dining at Pincher's, entertainment at the Tiki Bar or rent a cabana and enjoy the beach.

Santini Plaza with wonderful shops, restaurants and entertainment is another short walk. All ages love this area of Florida.
