Our beautifully private located, 3 bed/2 baths Pool home, is situated on a one acres large, tropically landscaped, waterfront lot in Fort Myers. It has a 300 feet creek frontage with view into a nature preservative. The well known museum "Edison Home" is just across the River and a mile going West.

Fishermen are able to stay at home and go fishing on the creek in your own backyard.
Catch a big fish in your backyard and put it on the grill! We provide two fishing poles; so don’t worry to carry all that stuff with you.
You also may like to watch birds, turtles, beaver and sometimes an alligator passing by. The backyard is Western exposed and offers sun all day long, as well as beautiful sunsets. You might like to bring or rent a boat
The creek leads via direct access to the river and therefore to the gulf and the beaches. It’s good for use with a boat with a max. size of about 22’ length, with a 6 ½’ clearance and preferable an outboard engine. Also a canoe or paddleboat can be a lot of fun.

The swimming pool is a large 30’ x 18’. The pool is cleaned and maintained by a pool service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: American fridge, electric cooker and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and many more utensils for easy made cooking.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed with top quality mattresses. The third bedroom has two single beds as bunk bed.
The 28’ x 10’ large patio is tiled and faces toward West – sunsets!
Of course the home is central air-conditioned.

If you need a phone please let us know in advance, we provide a cell-phone with build in minutes-counter. One minute national or local call, in ot out, is charged with 12 cent.
All comes with full sets of linen, towels and all you need for your vacation: Including Radio, CD, DVD Player and a few Movie DVD's, VCR, TVs in living room and master bedroom.
You will even find a computer with a build in CD-Burner - you might like to burn your pictures from your camera's memory chip on CD.  Some restaurants you even could walk to, just a couple hundred yards. Many shops and the big Wall-Mart Shopping Center are within a one-mile radius.
