Affordable, clean, modern and new renovated accommodation close to white sand beaches. It's location makes a car unnecessary as restaurants and shopping can be reached by foot. The included four bicycles are perfect for exploring the different beaches. Bicycle trails run to the beaches of Ft Myers and also in other directions, like to Bunche Beach or to Sanibel Island. For your convenience a beach trolley-bus swings back and to the beach just 300 yards from your home at the Summerlin Square main bus-cross.

If you arrive by car then you can take advantage of our 2 free parking spots in the driveway of the home. The home is located set back from main roads in an open community, just 100 yards from a golf course, away from all the traffic but still close to get to all main roads in just a few turns. If you plan a pool-day, a large public pool plus a second for kids with slides can be found in the Fort Myers Beach Community park. In the Whitewater 6 home you will find a large LCD-HD-Flatscreen-TV with included Movie on demand Netflix subscription & Internat-Radio with over 1000 radio-stations. A computer with internet access is optional provided for no extra charge. You may want to bring your own laptop because we provide free WiFi internet. Another bonus we provide is unlimited free national and local phone calls. Also free are calls to landline phones to Canada, England, Spain, Germany and a few more countries. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster & coffeemaker. The first bath is a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilette while the second bath is equipped with a shower, vanity and a toilette. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a King-size-bed with premium pillow-top-mattresses. The third bedroom comes with three Twin-XL beds and the same pillow-top-premium-mattresses. Twin-XL beds are same as long as king-size beds and can sleep additional 3 tall adults comfortable. No need to fight with your family for who is getting the best beds because they are all the same line of premium- comfort-mattresses. Bedding ware and towels are plenty available for everyone. A laundry area with washer and dryer is in your home. The home has central air-condition and central heating system. Your entire living area and outdoor deck are in the top floor. The backyard is Western exposed. You can find tropical plants and other trees for a few shady spots. Beside that you find for your common usage a power heated hot-tub/spa with LED lights, 60 jets, waterfall and seating for 6 people.
