Walk or bike to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Affordable Beach vacation with 4 bicycles, Internet & Garden-Hot-Tub included.
Affordable, clean, modern and new renovated accommodation close to white sand beaches. It's location makes a car unnecessary as restaurants and shopping can be reached by foot.
The included four bicycles are perfect for exploring the different beaches. Bicycle trails run to the beaches of Ft Myers and also in other directions, like to Bunche Beach or to Sanibel Island.
For your convenience a beach trolley-bus swings back and to the beach just 200 yards from your home.
If you arrive by car then you can take advantage of our 2 free parking spots in front of the home. The home is located on a lake, set back in an open, quite community, away from all the traffic but still close to get to all main roads in just a few turns. If you plan a pool day, a large public pool plus a second for kids with slides can be found in the Fort Myers Beach Community park.
In the Whitewater3 home you will find a large 42"-HD-Flatscreen-TV & a Stereo-CD-MP3-Radio in the second story living room and a medium size HD-Flatscreen in the second story Masterbedroom. That are connected to a 1080i HD-Dish-Receiver and allows you to watch over 60 channels in crystal-clear HD-quality. Also a commercial-free movie package is included in the Sat-subscription.
A computer with internet access is also provided. You may also want to bring your own laptop because we provide free WiFi internet. Another bonus we provide is unlimited free national and local phone calls. Also free are calls to landline phones to Canada, England, Spain, Germany and a few more countries.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware, stove and microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juice maker & coffeemaker. The first bath is a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilette while the second bath is equipped with a vanity and a toilette. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a King-size-bed with premium pillow-top-mattresses. Even the King-size-bed is oversized to the smaller second bedroom but we want everybody sleeping very well instead having unnecessary walk around space. The third bedroom comes with two Full-size-beds in form of a sturdy metal-bunk-bed. It can sleep very comfortable 2 adults or 4 children. Build in closets are only in the master bedroom, living room and a small one in the hall way.
No need to fight with your family for who is getting the best beds because they are all the same line of premium- comfort-mattresses. If you need extra bedding, the two sofas in the living room fold each open to full-size-beds. Bedding ware and towels are plenty available for everyone. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available to you. The home has central air-condition and central heating system.

The about 50’ x 50’ backyard is Western exposed, borders on a lake to the back, to a 6 foot tall privacy-fence to the left and to an open similar yard to the right which belongs to the right half (Whitewater4) of the building. You can find tropical plants, large Coconut Tree and other trees for a few shady spots. You will love the cozy outdoor garden furniture set. Beside that you find available launch chairs, a BBQ-Grill, and a power heated hot-tub/spa with LED lights, 60 jets, waterfall and seating for 6 people.
We even thought of fold-beach-chairs and sun-umbrellas for you to take to your beach visits. No need to buy beach accessories on your vacation.
For fishermen we include two fishing poles, which can be used to catch some fish at the pier at Fort Myers Beach for a BBQ in your backyard later the evening. You even can fish in your own backyard as the lake has plenty fish. But for fishing from the lake we have the rule to 'catch and release' because we want to keep the natural balance of wildlife in order.
The weekly rate is valid for occupation with 2 adults. Every extra adult is $10 per day and every extra child under age of 12 is $6.50 per day. There is a onetime final cleaning charge of $100. All rates are subject to add 11% Florida taxes.
