Affordable Beach vacation in 2011 fully renovated and new furnished home. Walk or bike to restaurants, shopping and beaches.
Affordable, clean, modern and new renovated accommodation close to white sand beaches. It's location makes a car unnecessary as restaurants and shopping can be reached by foot.
The included four bicycles are perfect for exploring the different beaches. Bicycle trails run to the beaches of Ft Myers and also in other directions, like to Bunche Beach or to Sanibel Island.
For your convenience a beach trolley-bus swings back and to the beach every 20 minutes.
If you arrive by car then you can take advantage of our 2 free parking spots in front of the home. The home is located set back in a quiet cul-de-sac, away from all the traffic but still close to get to the main road in just one turn. If you plan a pool day, a large public pool plus a second for kids with slides can be found in the Fort Myers Beach Community park.
In the home you will find a large HD-Flatscreen-TV in the living room. The modern TV has build-in Internet and Netflix with unlimited Movies, Documentations and TV-Series on demand.
A computer with internet access will be provided if you wish. You may also want to bring your own laptop because we provide free WiFi internet. Another bonus we provide is unlimited free national and local phone calls. Also free are calls to landline phones to Canada, England, Spain, Germany and a few more countries.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware, stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster & coffeemaker. The bath is a bathtub/shower combination, wide vanity and toilette. Every bedroom has premium pillow-top-mattresses. No need to fight with your family for who is getting the best beds because they are all the same comfort. The two twin beds are so called XL-twin, they are as long as a King-size-bed. You might like them to use moved together as a second King-size-bed or leave them separated as two single beds. Bedding ware and towels are plenty available for everyone. A laundry room with washer and dryer is in the back of the home. The home has central air-condition and central heating system.
The patio has a screen enclosed area with an outdoor dining set and is under roof.
The backyard is surrounded by a 6 foot tall privacy fence. You can find many tropical plants including some real large palm trees. You will find launch chairs, a BBQ-Grill, and a power heated hot-tub/spa with LED lights, 60 jets, waterfall and seating for 6 people.
We even thought of fold-beach-chairs for you to take to your beach visits. No need to buy much beach accessories on your vacation.
For fishermen we include two fishing poles, which can be used to catch same fish at the pier at Fort Myers Beach for a BBQ in your patio or backyard later the evening.

Rates are based on occupation with 2 guests, each extra adult or teenager is $10 / Day and  each child under age 12 is $6.50 / Day surcharge. 15% rebate for staying 28 nights or longer. The final cleaning fee is $80. All rates are subject to addition of 11% Florida taxes.
