Solid build 900 sqft bungalow with large private backyard and close to Fort Myers Beach.
The home is solid concrete build, fully renovated and all new furnished in 2010. It even received a new bath and an all new air condition. It comes with modern LCD-TV, all kitchen ware, washer & dryer in landry room. All rooms have tile flooring. The backyard is fully fenced with an new 6' tall privacy fence. You have your private parking in front of the home.
The House comes with all lines, bedding & towels - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
