Peninsula. Our beautifully private located, 3 bed/2 baths Pool home, is situated on a one acres large, tropically landscaped, waterfront lot in Fort Myers. It has a 300 feet creek frontage with view into a nature preservative. The swimming pool is a large 30’ x 18’. The pool is cleaned and maintained by a pool service. |

The 28’ x 10’ large, tiled patio and the
backyard is South-Western exposed and offers sun all day long, as well
as beautiful sunsets. You might like to bring or rent a boat. The creek leads via direct access to the river and therefore to the gulf and the beaches. It’s good for use with a boat with a max. size of about 22’ length, with a 6 ½’ clearance and preferable an outboard engine. Also a canoe or paddleboat can be a lot of fun. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
American fridge, electric cooker and stove, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker, toaster and many more utensils for easy made cooking. Of course the home is central air-conditioned. You'll also enjoy to life in Florida style with the contemporary furnishing. |

The master bedroom offers a king size bed
and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The well known museum "Edison Home" is just across the River and a mile going West. |

The third bedroom has two single beds as
bunk bed and a desk with an Internet computer. You will even find free
Wi-Fi DSL Internet for your own laptop and in the provided computer a
build in CD-Burner - you might like to burn your pictures from your
camera's memory chip on CD. All comes with full sets of linen, towels and all you need for your vacation: Including DVD Player and a few Movie DVD's, TVs in living room and master bedroom. The two sofas in the living room can fold open as 7th and 8th sleeping accommodations. |

While one bath comes with a shower, the
second bath comes with a bathtub/shower combination. The House comes
with all lines, bedding, towels & complete kitchen ware - all you need

At the drive way and right of the drive way
provide a total of three parking spots for your rental cars available. Some restaurants you even could walk to, just a couple hundred yards. Many shops and the big Wall-Mart Shopping Center are within a one-mile radius. The garage is available for parking your car. If you need help or assistance at the home then your friendly neighbors to the right, Billy and Trish, are glad to help you with your questions. Trish is also the ground keeper and keeps your Garden in nice shape. |

Manatees in your own backyard! With a
little luck you can watch this gentle giants directly from your own
backyard. Don't worry, manatees have no legs and don't eat anything else
than plants! We have not seen for a long time any Alligators as Florida wildlife rangers removed most of them from residential areas and creeks. |

You can find a BBQ Gas grill just right of
your patio. Fishermen are able to stay at home and go fishing on the creek in your own backyard. Catch a big fish in your backyard and put it on the grill! We provide two fishing poles; so don’t worry to carry all that stuff with you. Fish bite at sunset the best! You also may like to watch birds, turtles, beaver and sometimes an alligator passing by. |
