In the „BeachWay“ home you will find all freshly renovated and fully new furnished in May 2010. The home is equipped with premium King-size mattresses in each of the bedrooms. No worries of who is getting the better bedroom. All floors are hygienic laid out with wood-laminate and tile in the wet areas. Certainly the living area has a central air condition with a digital controller which you can set to your comfort temperature, be it a cool 75F or any warmer, you have the choice. The kitchen has all the usual standard equipment and appliances, but also a dishwasher and a microwave. For BBQ in your backyard you will find a Propane-Grill. Additional to the free and unlimited high-speed WiFi/Wlan-Internet you find a modern Windows7 PC with a huge 32’ LCD monitor. This enables you to research the internet before you decide on your next areal discoveries. Large LCD Flat-Screen-TV’s with Dish SAT subscription and commercial free movie channels you can find in the living room (1080 High-Definition) and the master bedroom. Both sofas in the living room are sleepers and can be folded open to two single beds, just a bit wider than a usual single bed. The entire living area is located in the second floor. Downstairs in the garage are the four free to use bicycles and a Gas BBQ Grill for your parties in the backyard. From your all glass & screen Florida Room and your open wood deck you have the Western exposed view into the garden with many mature tropical plants. It’s also the best exposure to enjoy Florida’s most beautiful sunsets. The deck and its patio furniture set and launch chairs also invites for sun bathing and breakfast under blue sky and partial shade under palm leaves. Bathing in the Gulf’s warm waters is easy possible just down the road, Bunche Beach, and makes a costly and maintenance-intense Swimming pool unnecessary. This saving we pass on to you with our low weekly rates. If you do arrive with a car you may park it for free in the paved driveway in the front yard.
The House comes with all lines, bedding & towels - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
