Affordable accommodation close to the beach. Large screen enclosed lanai. Free Wifi & free bicycles.
Perfect for couples is our 1st floor condo BeachDreams. It could sleep 4 adult using the two extra sleepers in the living room but is most comfortable for a couple using the master bedroom and its premium-mattress king-size-bed. Single hotel rooms in the area are more costly and offer much less living comfort and extras.
To explore three different popular beaches in the area we include 4 bicycles for your usage. Certainly you may use you car but it’s a nice future to have the bicycles for the tropical bike trails to and along the beaches of Bunche Beach, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The condo’s location is ideal to visit all three of these beaches. Just straight down the road in only about 1 ½ mile you find one beach with lots of nature surrounding the coast line.
The condo is equipped with free and unlimited WiFi-Internet and your own Internet-PC. No need to bring a laptop if you like to use the supplied Windows7 PC. The living room has a huge 46 inch HD-LCD-TV connected to a HD-Dish network Receiver. You also find in the living room a Logitec Squeezebox Radio. That is a special radio that enables you to listen to over 4000 radio stations worldwide, most likely also to your favorite home stations. It also enables you to listen to your favorite music via Rhapsody and Pandora.
The wireless phone is free of usage for all US local and national calls and it’s also free for calls to landlines to England and many other European countries.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare nice meals for any time of the day. You will find a 4 burner propane cook top, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the usual kitchen utilities. For outdoor BBQ parties you may use the supplied gas-grill.
All floors are finished throughout with a nice nature stone tile, even the bedroom. It’s very clean and hygienic. The building has a central air condition which in summers mostly will be set to a comfortable around 79F at daytime and a little cooler at night.
There are no stairs to this unit accept one step up and one step down. It makes it easy to carry your shopping goods into the home from the parking just steps away in the front of the 2-story/4-unit-building. Laundry facilities are coin operated and a few steps way.
The attached, Western exposed lanai is screen enclosed and very large. You find here an outdoor breakfast table with 4 chairs. The view in the tropical garden is beautifully, especial with the famous Florida-Sunsets in the evenings. The garden has lots of mature tropical plants, large palms and large trees, beside an open grass area for playing badminton or just sun bathing. There are lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxed afternoon under the mostly blue sky. For the evenings you might like the power heated hot-tub/spa with LED lights, 60 jets, waterfall and seating for 6 people. It is located just adjoining your screened lanai. If you feel like swimming or just refreshing yourself bathing you can either use the closest beach or the recommended community pool which both are easy to reach by bike or foot.
Shopping and restaurants are easy to reach by foot. You even can walk to the popular Tanger Outlet Stores with many shops side by side. A public golf course (Shell Pointe) can be found in short bicycle-ride distance.
